Old Skool Technology

At the moment we are looking at technology throughout the years.  Emily brought a typewriter to show us which is in immaculate condition!  We found out that our usual a4 printer paper is too thick for it to wind around properly but we found some thin paper eventually that worked.  The class thought it funny how we can see the letters "shoot" out to print on the page.

The Climbing Wall - Camp Sculptures - fully clothed!

The little people in the nuddy hanging up in our classroom are now sporting some new gears!  After a bit of brow furrowing and a few glue gun burns, the sculptures are all completed and fully clothed much to our delight!  It's been a good 6 weeks working on these from the wire sculpting stage to the paper mache, paint and lastly clothing  and hair stage.  They were so much fun but very tricky!  Again a big thanks to the lovely families who sent in wire, fabric and wool to make these possible.
